Help your Child Discover Resilience with LEAD

The Stephen K. Griffith Memorial Fund is sponsoring two groups this summer for kids and teens who demonstrate financial need. The Griffith Family hopes to raise mental health awareness and fill the tremendous gap in mental health care services available in our community. We are honored to help this fund achieve its noble mission by helping the youth in our community develop resilience, strong mental health, and the necessary coping skills to overcome whatever stressors come their way.

Group Counseling is a fantastic way for kids and teens to learn daily life skills while having fun!  Participants will develop valuable coping skills for stress, anxiety, and depression, while developing resiliency. Participants will gain insight into healthy relationships and will practice all of the wonderful skills they learn by getting out and having fun with horses! These hands on experiences can't be beat, and the opportunity to learn with each other and the horses is unparalleled in other forms of counseling.
